Bachelor's degree in business or related field
5+ years of project management experience
PMP or other project certification (e.g., CAPM, PMI-ACP) or willingness to attain
Prior experience in leadership positions delivering projects
Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products
Proven problem solving and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to business owners and to all levels within the organization

Scope, plan and manage projects through the entire project lifecycle
Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources and develop timelines and schedules
Identify and evaluate project risks, devise and implement effective mitigation strategies, escalate decisions and unresolved issues
Deliver solutions that are capable of meeting the business objective of the project, including post program launch evaluation
Partner closely with AML, Risk, and Fraud teams, and stay current with new or developing regulatory requirements
Timely communicate of project performance including sub work-streams within projects
Manage timelines, resources, budgets and expectations of stakeholders for assigned projects
Build relationships across the group and lead cross functional teams to develop and deliver project requirements
Use established Waterfall and Agile project management practices, to ensure formal tracking of projects with clear documentation of approvals given and actions taken
Travel independently when needed
