About the Role Warehouse Associate
As aWarehouse Associate, youll play a key role in ensuring that shipping, receiving, and storing inventory according to Giovanni GMP and inventory control policies. You'll be responsible for:
Operate a forklift or other equipment to load, unload and transfer incoming and outgoing products in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with company policies, GMPs, and customer requirements. Inspect forklift and other equipment before use, making minor adjustments as needed; inform supervisor of more complex repairs that may be needed to ensure all equipment is always operational. Stock and organize merchandise in the appropriate place in the warehouse by use of forklift, pallet jack or other manual means. Utilize the Floor version of the ERP system to report and label output. Load empty pallets and unload full pallets of product in a timely manner to support production needs. Inspect product and trailers for quality control issues prior to shipment or warehouse storage. Verify product tag accuracy prior to movement of material and report any discrepancies. Ensure order accuracy by verifying that physical product matches packaging slip, BOLs, etc. Complete appropriate paperwork or electronic transactions.
