The Heights Post Acute is Hiring a RN Charge Nurse! $10,000 Bonus*!

Shifts:

Days - 6am-6pm - 2 days during the week and 1 weekend day

Nights - 6pm-6am - 2 days during the week and 1 weekend day

Manage nursing functions provided in the facility in accordance with specified duties or as directed

Manage nursing functions provided in the facility in accordance with specified duties or as directed

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO

Nurse management experience

Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

Rate: $50/hour

*$10,000 Bonus paid: $1,666 every 4 months of full-time employment up to a total of $10,000 after 2 years - Only full-time employees eligible for bonus
