We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at a Theme Park in Carlsbad, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: Room Cleaning:Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors, changing linens, and restocking supplies.Attention to Detail:Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the housekeeping supervisor.Guest Interaction:Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.Safety Standards:Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.Inventory Management:Keep track of housekeeping supplies and inform supervisors when stocks are low.Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to maintain a smooth operation.Special Projects:Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as directed by the housekeeping supervisor. Qualifications: Experience:Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.Skills:Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Physical Stamina:Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.Communication:Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and team members.Flexibility:Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
