Reports to: Director of Product Development - UGG Apparel & Accessories
Location: Goleta, CA - Office-Hybrid
The Role
The Product Development Coordinator is Responsible for supporting the Apparel, Accessories, Materials and Technical Development department in areas of organization, tracking samples, data entry, and cross functional communication between various groups such as development, design, product, sales ops, marketing, etc.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Assist with data entry into Flex PLM and other programs for the product, materials and technical department. Maintain and organize seasonal paperwork, labdips, materials/trims and confirmation swatches for department. Responsible for sending, tracking, receiving, unpacking and (or) distributing all packages for the department. Assist, support and (or) responsible for creating, updating, building out departmental SOP's/Guidelines, HTS documents, various tracking documents, etc. Responsible for ordering samples through various application from prototype samples to salesman samples. Correspond with overseas office, as needed. Ownership over reviewing, analyzing monthly returns though Tableau data, providing summary reports for the department.

Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
