Civil construction Foreman (Engineering)
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications while adhering to safety guidelines. Projects typically involve demolition, site clearing, grading, utility installation, concrete finishing, framing, rebar tying and excavationCoordinate work schedules with team members to ensure smooth project executionManage material requirements, schedule deliveries from suppliers, and ensure timely availability of resourcesTrack project progress and adjust as necessary to maintain timelines and project objectivesCollaborate with General Contractors (GCs), engineers, and inspectors to address any construction or design challengesMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, site photos, progress updates, change order records (T&M logs), and any necessary paperwork for office submissionEnforce OSHA safety standards and ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed on-siteSupervise and manage a small crew of 2-3 operators/laborers, ensuring proper work practices and productivityMust be able to operator equipment, Excavators, backhoes, and extended forkliftsWorking closely with, help manage, and mentor technicians and stay aligned with our OJT training programReview assigned crews and adhering to project schedulesAdhering to all Company and industry (i.e., OSHA, NATE) standards/regulations

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Local, out-of-the area and extended travel is required (up to 95%). Rotational assignments and on-call responsibilities may be expected.
