Our Rental Technicians are qualified electricians with hands-on experience. They take on the responsibility of making sure our equipment is always fully operational and ready for any rental at any time. This includes things like... Assembly, fabrication and manufacturing of rental equipment Rental equipment preparation for customers projects Preventative maintenance, repairs and quality assurance on rental equipment Shipping and receiving of rental assets Shipping and receiving general stock of inventory Forklift operation including Loading and unloading trailers and moving equipment Cleaning and maintaining the presentation of rental equipment Installations, support and removal of rental equipment at project sites Maintaining a high level of presentation and organization in Trinitys yard, warehouse and common shop areas Other duties as may be required Taking direction from the company leadership, coordination, project management and sales positions as may be the case, determine rental equipment that is shipping, prioritize projects and allocate resources to meet shipping deadlines Pick rental equipment for orders from warehouse and process in the rental equipment database Prep to Ship rental equipment for projects which includes but is not limited to; custom modifications to meet customers needs, install rental breakers to panels, install cables to panels and transformers, reset switch counters, dial breakers or make other additions or changes to standard rental equipment as may be required Stage rental equipment when time allows to ready an order for shipping Ship rental equipment and related items which includes the loading of customer or trinity coordinated trucking, the provision of packing slips, the completion of bills of lading, ensuring loads are placed in a safe manner to ensure equipment integrity and safety during shipping, communicating and providing documentation to sales or coordination staff that advise of orders that have shipped Receive rental equipment from trucking / carriers. Off load rental equipment to yard / warehouse. Scan / return units to rental equipment inventory database. Complete visual inspection of items and provide damage report on any evident units. Clean equipment, Stage items of rental equipment ready for QAQC procedures. Return rental equipment to storage location once QAQC and repairs are complete and units have been certified rental ready. Attend to after-hours call out to the shop to conduct shipping or receiving responsibilities to meet customers demands.
