Machine Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Dundee, MI. 48131

Pay: $18.75/hr - $20.25/hr

Shift: 3-2-2-3 Schedule (3 days on, 2days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)

• Day Shift, 7am-7:30pm

• Night Shift, 7pm - 7:30 am

As a Machine Operator, you will:

• Operate plastic recycling equipment in a safe manner

• Monitor & troubleshoot equipment, making adjustments & basic repairs

• Operate forklift to move materials for processing

• Feed lines with top-quality raw materials to produce top-quality post-consumer plastic resin

• Resolve machinery and quality problems in the production area

To be a Machine Operator, you'll need:

• HS/GED, preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing production experience

• Forklift experience required

• Great social and interpersonal skills to relate with and motivate people

• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift

• Ability to lift & carry up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis

• Ability to climb ladders (10 ft.) to operate equipment
