Warehouse Clerk (Information Technology)
Job Summary
Responsible for providing internal and external administrative and customer support.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide phone support of inbound calls and field calls as necessary; communication via email
Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and process as needed. Translate PS documents to Spanish.
Maintain various databases including Kronos, Attendance, Non-Conformance, etc.
Schedule and administer work assignments. Run Miscellaneous AS400 reports, update Excel Spreadsheets, function as a “backup” clerk for Distribution loads, schedule incoming freight, etc.
Fulfill administrative tasks such as creation of meeting notes, filing paperwork, answering phones, and other tasks as assigned.
Print labels and create problem tickets.
Create load sheets and/or ASN's.
Required Experience:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 2 years warehouse and/or manufacturing experience.
At least 1 year experience with AS400 and SAP.
Ability to read, write, speak, and translate English/Spanish. Must have good mathematical skills; must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Must have good problem solving skills; must be detailed oriented
Must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days a week.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$19.25 - $26.00 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
