Director, Global Brand Marketing (Finance)
Responsibilities
Brand Marketing Strategy and Execution
Design and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to position Talent Solutions as a leader in the industry with key audiences which can include B2B (clients) and B2C (talent) globally. Lead the development and execution of global brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall brand framework and adapting for priority markets. Manage all branding, positioning, and messaging to attract and engage clients and talent.
Product marketing and Campaigns
Design and implement global product marketing campaigns aligned with the brand framework to support business growth.
Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing programs that drive new client opportunities and achieve brand revenue growth objectives.
Demand Generation and Lead Generation
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads key buying audience across priority markets.
Design and implement targeted lead generation strategies leveraging paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive pipeline growth.
Create and distribute content such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blogs that attract and nurture potential clients and talent through the marketing funnel.
Partner with sales teams to create alignment between marketing and sales efforts, ensuring seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
Establish KPIs for lead generation campaigns and analyze performance to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
Thought Leadership and Industry Expertise
Act as a domain expert by monitoring key trends, anticipating market shifts, and propose new growth ideas, product offerings, and thought leadership initiatives.
Collaborate with the Market Intelligence and Global Insights team to develop and execute thought leadership research and associated publications, enhancing brand positioning both internally and externally.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
Coordinate market research priorities with Marketing Intelligence and Global Insights teams to identify strategic opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
Monitor direct and indirect competitors to refine brand messaging and marketing strategies to drive unique differentiation globally.
Event Marketing and Sponsorships
Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, webinars, and industry events and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.Identify sponsorship opportunities that align with the brand's target audience and strategic objectives, maximizing lead generation impact.
In- and cross-functional collaboration
Participate in Global Marketing teams, fostering a collaborative, agile culture with other markets in priority countries, sharing best practices and scaled learnings.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience driving marketing planning and execution in the technology or human capital industry.Analytical: Proven ability to work through market, client and operational data to identify insights and potential opportunities, and clearly communicates to a diverse set of business stakeholders
Digital: Awareness of digital marketing inbound and outbound strategies and demand gen (SEO, web, social media, etc).
Global: Experience working in global environments with people located in different time zones and different cultures. The ability to take all perspectives into account and demonstrate leadership with influence and education.
Brand: Experience working in similar Solutions / RPO / MSP / Outplacement / Talent Development & Management / industry
MarTech: Technology, marketing and data analytics platform literacy and social media awareness. (e.g. CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT or related field.Collaboration: Experience working for a mid-large sized global matrixed organization.
This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District, and historic downtown architecture.
