MANAGER BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & ANALYTICS (Finance)

We are looking for a dynamic Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead the implementation and ongoing administration of OneStream for Kent Consumer Brands. In this key role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reporting, and other data analytics projects, driving improvements in our reporting, analytics, budgeting, and forecasting processes. - This position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, IA.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with implementation partners and internal resources you will drive the design and implementation of OneStream for Kent Consumer Brands
- Ongoing administration and enhancement of OneStream application
- Develop Power BI reporting and dashboards for Leadership, Finance, Sales, and Marketing
- Analyze and initiate KPIs for the business
- Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Compare and analyze actual results with budget and forecasts
- Lead cross functional projects
- Support senior leadership and complete special projects as needed
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or other related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing a similar role
- Proficiency with OneStream, Data visualization/BI and Corporate Performance Management reporting tools
TRAVEL:
- Occasional overnight travel maybe required, as needed to attend training, conferences, and meetings.
