The Donor Relations and Database Coordinator plays a key role in managing donor data, supporting fundraising initiatives, and strengthening donor relationships. This position oversees all aspects of gift processing, database integrity, and donor stewardship using DonorPerfect and other fundraising technology. Additionally, the role assists in planning fundraising events, coordinating volunteer programs throughout our service territory, and supporting donor communication strategies. By collaborating with internal teams and affiliates, the coordinator ensures efficient donor engagement and enhances Goodwill's fundraising efforts through data-driven insights and relationship management.
Duties will also include but are not limited to:
Assist with the implementation of goals aligned with strengthening mission awareness in retail donors, shoppers, and volunteers
External Hiring Range: $50,000-$52,000/year
Schedule: 8:30AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday
Travel: Local travel may be required
