Oversee, plan, monitor and manage teams supporting the Domestic Supply Chain.Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide direction to multiple teams in the Domestic Supply Chain driven by core KPI's. Analyze, resolve, or escalate inventory issues. Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks of Supply Chain teams meet standards. Confirm SOP's are kept up to date.
Ability to analyze exceptions to root cause challenges – identify process gaps, and offer solutions to team members and Sr leaders
Communicate to senior management Supply Chain and service issues with short and long term recommendations on resolution.
Establish critical inventory parameters — such as Safety Stock settings — taking into account constraints and input, such as lead time and order cycle time to drive the optimal inventory level to meet KPI's
Escalation point for internal manufacturing operations, customer service, and sales as needed.
Prepare and present forward-looking, future projections of inventory, volume, service, planning, capacity, and space considerations. Assure that the system parameters are correct. Manage communication between Teams.
Prepare data-driven materials for presentations for a variety of audiences to report against metrics and gauge efficiencies.
Provide mentorship & development of team skills across the organization
Management responsibilities include:
Typically oversees professional employees/teams OR typically manages non-professional employees through Supervisors in manufacturing, distribution or office environments
Day-to-day operations of a group of employees.
May have limited budgetary responsibility and usually contributes to budgetary impact;
Interpret and execute policies for departments/projects and develops.
Recommend and implement new policies or modifications to existing policies.
Provide general guidelines and parameters for staff functioning.
Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
Required Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
6 years of manufacturing, distribution or purchasing experience.
Experience demonstrating knowledge level of MRP, buying, demand management and forecasting.
At least 4 years of experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, business statistics, and volume.
Work is primarily in an office setting. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required to other company locations or to attend conferences or training sessions.
Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
APICS
Experience in procurement, inventory planning, and/or demand planning.
Experience with SAP and tableau.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
