The System Integration Analyst provides highly visible technical expertise through the performance of system integration, as well as diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing of systems. This role requires critical thinking, independent decision making, setting schedules and prioritizing workload to meet the needs of the customer as well as the company. This individual will serve as the technical expert for both internal and external customers.
This is a hybrid role based in Louisville, Kentucky.
What You'll Do
Perform implementation, configuration and testing in a timely manner
Lead the data requirement meeting with the client/vendor and document the requirements.
Configure and test the inbound data files including data analysis, element mapping, and rules.
Coordinate directly with clients to understand set up requirements and facilitate system configuration, data conversions and maintenance requests without customer impact.
Debug system configuration issues including root cause analysis.
Collaborates with Product Management and Engineering to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements, including development testing
What Experience You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems or a related field or equivalent experience.
ETL experience collecting, processing and analyzing data feeds including error analysis and resolution involving internal and/or external customers
Experience and/or knowledge of database structures and systems
Experience and/or knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write simple queries
Experience and/or knowledge JavaScript, Perl, or another commonly known programming language
Knowledge of multiple platforms; including mainframe, cloud and client/server
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to respond to inquiries quickly and effectively
Strong bias for action with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency
Detailed-oriented, with aptitude for solving unstructured problems
