Shareholder Relations Manager (Finance)

Job Summary
Supports the General Manager of Shareholder Relations (GMSR) and the CEO in developing communications of company performance results to be provided to the board and to the Shareholder and facilitating responses to questions related to CITGO Petroleum Corporation, CITGO Holding, PDV Holding and affiliates.
In coordination with the Finance organization of CITGO Petroleum Corporation, provides support to PDV Holding with respect to the evaluation of potential financial structures and gathering required information for such financing.
In coordination with Finance and Legal organizations prepare budget, cash flows and its executions for PDV Holding, and its affiliates to cover for their operating expenses, debt requirements and settlement of outstanding litigations.
Provides administrative support to PDVSA AHB and follow-up on the execution of any arrangement with PDVSA/PPSA.
Provides support to the board of directors of CITGO Petroleum Corporation in coordinating special studies requested by the board of directors or the committees of the board of directors.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree - Required / Master's Degree - MBA Preferred.
Minimum years of job-related experience required: 10 years.
