What we are looking for:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist's duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome visitors and greet people who visit the business and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees. Greet & direct all visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer multi-line phone system, transfer calls accurately and in a timely manner.
This position will also perform office duties such as filing, scanning, invoice data entry (Caterpillar / MCF invoices), other AP support duties as required, processing check deposits, coordinating Fed-Ex pick-ups and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications & Experience Needed:
The successful candidate will have 1 - 2 years of proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role. High School diploma or equivalent required.
