Sales Analyst (Sales)

General Summary: Analyzes and prepares sales data to support current sales goals and prepare sales forecasts.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Creates and distributes monthly reports requiring financial calculations.

2. Prepares sales forecasts using relevant sales data.   

3. Researches and evaluates current economic conditions that may affect product sales.

4. Collects and analyzes relevant data on sales team performance to evaluate progress in meeting sales goals.

5. Conducts Ad Hoc queries and reports for executives and sales personnel.

6. Assists salespeople in utilizing the Sales Discovery System and remains up to date on new versions.

7. Periodically conducts training for salespeople regarding technology solutions.

 

Job Specifications

1. 2+ years' experience in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.

2. Bachelor's Degree in business is required.

3. Strong PC skills are required.

4. Proficient in database management.

 

Working Conditions

1. Office environment.

 

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
