Compliance Administrator - Aurora, IL (Finance)
Position Summary
This position will work directly with our General Counsel and Compliance Specialist with managing multiple projects/workflows and deadlines, performing contract administration/contract management responsibilities, and support Compliance with product compliance and customer surveys.

Essential Job Responsibilities
1. Administration of contracts.
2. Provide back-up support to Compliance Specialist.
3. Complete Health, Safety, Supplier and Environment Supplier Surveys daily.
4. Work with department leaders to ensure EH&S policies are compliant, appropriate, and up to date.
5. Coordinate with Learning and Development to ensure that appropriate training is implemented and completed.
6. Ensure Compliance efforts are fulfilled as directed by Supervisor.

Work Environment: Office Environment.
Physical Demands: The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
Travel: There is no travel associated with this position.
Required Education and Experience: One to three years in a high demand office environment where attention to detail and response time is of utmost importance.
