2025 Food and Beverage Server (Project Management)
RESPONSILIBILITIES Welcome guests who approach the concession stand or call out for one. (In case of mobile stands).Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a fast-paced environment.Serve / assembles orders for food, beverages, or desserts to customers in a fast-paced environment.Working environment is indoors / outdoors as needed.Working environments will be subject to varying degrees of heat during park schedule May to September.Replenish foods at serving stations.Prepare food such as hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream dishes, and fountain sodas, using standard formulas or following directions.Assists in the delivery of orders placed through online system to defined locations within the waterpark.Clean counters, and other equipment, and clean dishes and fountain equipment.Stock and restock items as necessary.Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed, relating to all local regulations.Helps with the stand break down and clean up upon closing, cleaning food service areas, condiment counter & work area. Wiping down front counter and equipment.Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules and dishwashing/pot washing as needed.Performs other tasks as assigned. Must be able to work in high temperatures (up to 105 plus) for long periods while staying hydrated and following safety requirements. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, stretch to unpack and stock merchandise, stand for long periods of time and walk on uneven surfaces. Able to count and accurately manage cash drawer Pay based on experience. Salary Range $
