About the Role
Essity is looking for an experienced Virtual Sales Account Manager. Responsibilities will include selling an extensive range of medical products nationally. You will be expected to achieve sales growth year on year, by delivering on the sales strategy against specified product areas. Promotion of products and services in a professional and ethical manner, together with delivery of educational services and training workshops will be key in this role. This is a full-time position and will report into the Virtual Sales Manager.
This will be a hybrid position and the ideal candidate should live in Charlotte, NC.

What You Will Do
Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory and company objectives, including analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the key opportunities in the territory.
Establish understanding of the customer's corporate dynamic, key issues and concerns, including challenges and opportunities that can increase business revenue.
Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) systems or customer contact database applications to input customer data.
Increase overall sales volume of Essity products by attaining or exceeding established sales objectives by implementing sales plans and marketing programs.
Collaborate in the development of internal and external training and education programs for various Essity assigned disease treatment therapies for customers.
Conduct virtual in-services, seminars, presentations, and training of Essity products for key customers. An understanding of Microsoft TEAMs is beneficial.
Remain cognizant of trends and developments in field by monitoring competitor activities and products, and trade magazines throughout assigned territory.
Knowledge of internal operations (i.e., Customer Service, Contract Management, Distribution, etc.)
Collaborate with internal and external partners to successfully represent and grow the Essity business.
Who You Are
Four (4)-year college or university degree is preferred.
One (1) to two (2) years of inside sales experience, medical experience preferred, with an abundance of prospecting, cold-calling and closing new business.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to plan and organize time, schedules, and effective use of company resources.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or customer contact database applications.
Proven problem-solving abilities and excellent people skills.
Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Strong time and territory management skills are a must.
