Salary Range: $6,806.73 - $9,820.80 per month
SUMMARY
The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, Correctional Health Services
(DHS-CHS), is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fulfill the role of Substance Use Disorder Community Ambassador. In this position, you will be tasked with developing and executing an impactful reentry linkage program that encompasses patient navigation and peer support services for individuals transitioning from correctional facilities back into the community.
The Staff Analyst-Health (SAH) role entails serving as a technical expert and consultant to management regarding the provision of case management and medication assisted treatment services post-release. The SA will conduct thorough analyses and provide recommendations for optimizing resource utilization, program implementation, and operations for CHS Addiction Medicine Services. Additionally, the SA will be responsible for undertaking special assignments and projects as assigned.
