TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Director- New Installation in Germantown, TN.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for setting and executing the strategic plans of the New
Installation value stream through planning, directing and driving operations and
continuous improvement efforts. The role leads, coaches and communicates with
the department to ensure quality performance, maximize talent development and staffing efficiencies. The role achieves alignment with partner stakeholder
leadership.

• Manages and directs all activities of the New Installation department.
  Department includes CPQ business analysts, coordination, design, and
  engineering.
• Sets the strategic plan (short term/long term) to drive continuous
  improvement.
• Acts as a key stakeholder and leader of the manufacturing transformation
  program.
• Owner of the New Installation order management process, from booking to
  release. Develops and directs procedures and methods to ensure quality
  and company standards are met and maintained and problems are resolved
  quickly.
• Develop plans and implement process, tools, and organizational changes to
  achieve strategic direction for the New Installation department to own
  full customer support from booking to delivery under the new supply chain
  model.
• Develops, analyzes and maintains departmental performance measures.
• Directs, plans and implements budget and financial objectives for the
  department.
• Own and improve customer service of the organization via metrics such as
  NPS score.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with North America Sales and
  Operations leadership to set service level agreements, maintain
  transparency of changes, quickly resolve escalated problems, and hold
  accountable to the agreed upon expectations.
• Own and improve quality of organization through QCR process, including
  containment, root cause analysis and correction.
• Sponsor the Office Daily Management (ODM) and SSQDC processes within the
  department. Coach staff to identify, review and analyze problems and then
  drive improvement projects for the department.
• Business owner of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) software. Support and train
  external sales, be the first point of escalation for problem resolution,
  and prioritize and sponsor CPQ improvement projects.
• Be point of contact to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product
  Engineering for input on configured product decisions and responsible to
  fully implement changes within CTO organization.
• Analyze, identify and understand the significance and impact of the
  current and future state of the department and organization to recommend
  and implement improvements.
• Proactively gauges work order demands and proactively plans for spikes.
• Analyzes department skills matrixes to ensure there is sufficient
  coverage.
• Hire, train, develop and manage leaders in the department for maximum
  efficiency and succession planning.
• Drives opportunities for team building within the department.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
