Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility and state regulations
- Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
What We're Looking For:
- Active RN license in the state of California
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and a resident-focused approach
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different shifts and facility needs
