Multimedia Specialist (Creative Design)
Position Responsibilities:
Concept Development: Collaborate on and develop creative concepts for copy, videos, and graphics that align with brand messaging and target audiences. Including designs, video, audio, multimedia, written, and photography for social, website, digital screens, and marketing material.Photography: Capture and edit photos from job sites for social, website, and print materials.Video Production: Capture high-quality footage for marketing and educational material across various platforms. Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up lighting, audio, and camera equipment, including operation of equipment.Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, professional content using video editing software. Ensure the final cut is optimized for various formats. Add special effects, graphics, music, and voiceovers where needed to enhance the commercials effectiveness.Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and deliverables.Content Management: Pull and organize videos and b-roll footage and keep an accurate and up-to-date inventory of video and multimedia equipment and resources. Maintains archival process for all video, multimedia, and publishing projects. Coordinates the publishing of video and content across online platforms. Support the content and publishing calendar.Communication: Organize, maintain, and communicate summaries of content and project information (description, schedule, budgets). Draft correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other requested communication. Schedule all internal and cross-departmental content and publishing meetings, secure meeting spaces, prepare and distribute required materials, and make any special arrangements.Metrics and Performance: Track metrics, A/B testing, and reporting for content and platforms. Monitor trends and platform updates to optimize content and results.Industry: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance guidelines related to paid advertising, ensuring all campaigns adhere to legal and ethical standards
Qualifications:
3+ years of graphic design experience and video production experience at the professional level, including all elements of production from preproduction to distribution.Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software programs including, but not limited to, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience in online publishing platforms such as Social Media Platforms, YouTube and Vimeo.Proficient with MS Office SuiteExperience with WordPress CMS systems is a plus.
