Disbursement Agent (Finance)
Tetra Tech is currently seeking a full time Disbursement Agent to work in our Sunriver, OR office. Position includes a wide variety of activities including but not limited to working directly with Lenders, Borrowers and General Contractors to ensure the appropriate distribution of funds for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating inspections, verifying percentage of completion through backup documentation from subcontractors and suppliers, collecting invoices and lien waivers, title endorsements if applicable, owner authorization of disbursements and coordinating with the lender on the release of funds.
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures legislation, and industry standards.
• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
• Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of relevant / comparable experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Must have Microsoft Office knowledge and be proficient with Excel,keyboard and 10 key.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse effectively with coworkers throughout the organization.
• Must be multi-task oriented and able to organize and prioritize his/her workload.
• Must have a flexible disposition in order to work effectively with a variety of personality types.
• Must be able to learn quickly and be adaptable to a variety of situations.
• Must be able to both give and follow directions in order to accomplish not only the above described duties and tasks, but also any others that may be assigned.
