Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. National Vending Market Manager Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. (LG&E) is seeking a National Vending Market Manager (NVMM) to join our team. Burr Ridge, IL is the preferred location, but location can be flexible. The National Vending Market Manager is a highly influential individual contributor responsible for the development and execution of a national vending program for the organization. The NVMM will require a deep understanding of vending products and how to leverage LG&E's portfolio for growth and profitability. The NVMM will work directly with regional sales teams to develop a go-to market strategy and operational infrastructure that will support winning and executing vending programs at customer locations. The NVMM will develop the required marketing program, selling strategies, pricing and consistent processes which would support these programs, customers and projects. Market Manager - Identify & work with regional leadership to win customer accounts and implement vending programs - Work closely with sales teams to develop product and pricing strategies and effectively manage RFQs and other customer product requests. - Interact with all areas of the organization to understand needs and growth opportunities within the business. - Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and value-added features. - Develop strategic marketing plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, sources of supply and costing, customer engagement and business planning. - Has a working knowledge of JDE, OBIEE, and Excel. - Work closely with Product Management on product placement and promotions. - Other duties as assigned Requirements - 10+ years in product management, sales and/or business development experience - Bachelor's Degree required - Strong analytical and Excel skills required - Highly developed communication (both written & verbal), interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and customer focus skills - Ability to operate with minimal supervision in a complex environment and handle multiple tasks and follow-through - Ability to work across a matrix environment, strategy development, execution & influencing - Travel up to 30% Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2024 sales of $33 billion.
