Marketing Advisor, Direct to Consumer (DTC) Acquisition - Hybrid (Finance)
Position Overview:
The Customer Lifecycle Marketing Center of Excellence is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Advisor to lead innovative direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing strategies that accelerate member acquisition, engagement, and brand loyalty. This pivotal role will oversee the end-to-end development and execution of data-informed campaigns, leveraging a deep understanding of audience insights, member relevance, and real-time optimizations to achieve measurable business outcomes.
As a key player on our marketing team, you will use your expertise to craft impactful narratives, manage budgets and forecasts with precision, and continuously enhance campaign performance through actionable insights and test and learns. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating meaningful connections with our members. You will be working closely with the extended marketing team, data & analytics, product, and sales teams becoming the 'go-to-expert' for customer acquisition.
