Position Overview
The Information Security Specialist works with the Information Security Sr Manager to provide operational support for the coordination and execution of Wintrust's Identity & Access Management program. Focuses of this position are on projects and day-to-day operational support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies. The position also assists in the performance of various IAM department efforts, metrics reporting, communication initiatives, and security projects. This position requires the ability to effectively collaborate within his/her department and across broad parts of the organization.
What You'll Do
Responsible for assisting the IAM engineering department with daily operational support for all IAM technologies.
Responsible for documenting and assisting in completing IAM project business requirements.
Responsible for collaborating with the IAM leaders and all lines-of-business leaders to manage and monitor projects and documenting performance.
Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and deployment of IAM related information, policies, standards, and training.
Responsible for the performance of organization of assigned business tasks.
Responsible for other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on Wintrust's needs.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience working on multiple programs or projects with conflicting deadlines
Knowledgeable and experienced in performing within a business team
Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and demands dictated by business and requirements
Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000.00 - $110,000.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
