Background:
The Rollins Real Estate & Workplace Management department provides field advocacy, facility and operational oversight, project management, communication, vendor management, budget planning, space management, safety and security, and strategic direction to our corporate office locations in Atlanta, GA, as well as our network of over 700+ leased and owned branch locations throughout the United States and Canada.

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
- BA/BS in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with relevant work experience.
- Facility management experience required with strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance requirements, safety regulations, and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years in facility management and building operations, budget and vendor management, space planning, safety, and project management.
- Comprehensive understanding of preventative and capital maintenance planning, budget management, facility management practices (work order management, comprehensive facility reports, building inspections, etc.), and customer service processes to support the physical footprints for all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success providing facility management services to stakeholders at all levels of an organization to include the executive leadership team. The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide departmental updates, policies, and reports that are aligned with our objectives and facility operations.
- Strong background in managing vendor relations/contracts to ensure the optimal service and relationship for the organization, managing an operational facility budget to include planning and alignment, and to provide detailed strategies to optimize the organization's facility management and space management for all stakeholders.
- Must possess the ability to build strong internal and external relationships using effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with various internal departments regarding real estate matters including M&A, Finance, Risk Management, Legal, Environmental, etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Must possess strong computer skills including Microsoft suite of products and Monday.com for project management software.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills.
- Must be able to interact professionally at all levels of the organization and provide excellent customer service. This is to include an executive level of “white glove service” as an approach to facility management and building operations.
- Must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills, judgment, and personal initiative and can work with little direct supervision.
- Must possess ability to recognize and act on opportunities; adjust direction when situation warrants.
- Must be able to interact professionally with all vendor and contractor partners and hold them accountable for expected deliverables.
Experience and qualifications that will put you ahead:
- Relevant industry certifications (CFM, FMP, etc.)
- Proficiency in facility management software (CMMS) preferred.
- Preferred involvement in relevant real estate and/or facility industry group (CoreNet, NAIOP, IIDA, IFMA, etc.).
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
- We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks. Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations.
- Must reside in the metro Atlanta area and commute to our office daily.
