The Corporate Facilities Manager plays an integral role in enhancing the Rollins Facility Management program. This position is vital as Rollins seeks to effectively improve and manage the physical footprint of the organization in Atlanta, specifically at the Home Office (corporate) and the Rollins Learning Center and Heritage Center.
In addition, this role will provide support to our extensive network of over 700+ branch locations, as needed, contributing to operational efficiency and consistency. This support may include assisting with vendor management and strategic planning, thereby providing a valuable opportunity to build relationships between the home office and the field. Looking ahead, this position will be integral in our long-term vision to enhance and integrate facilities management across our entire portfolio.

Role Summary:
Background:
The Rollins Real Estate & Workplace Management department provides field advocacy, facility and operational oversight, project management, communication, vendor management, budget planning, space management, safety and security, and strategic direction to our corporate office locations in Atlanta, GA, as well as our network of over 700+ leased and owned branch locations throughout the United States and Canada.
