Summary - basic function of the role
The Manufacturing Engineer is an Engineer who has between 0-5 yrs of Fulltime experience. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing systems, as well as troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives at the Columbus manufacturing facility.
Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 4:00 pm

Education and Experience
Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree (BS) in engineering or equivalent from a four-year college or university required.
Experience Requirements : Zero to five years related experience. Machining and assembly/test operations, tooling evaluation, supplier qualification, facilities engineering, new product introduction processes and cost savings through improved processes/efficiencies are strongly preferred.
Physical Demands
Employee may have to lift documents/work materials up to 30 pounds in weight. Employee will have to be able to walk to a variety of primary work locations. Employee will need to listen, understand, and speak with team members in person, telephonically, and electronically at all levels within a diverse workforce. Employee is able to work in front of a personal computer and telephone for long periods of time.
Work Environment
Employee will work in a manufacturing environment. Employee will be exposed to low levels of noise in the office and potentially elevated levels of noise on the plant floor.
