Fine Dining Line Cook- Lunch (Food Services)
Set up, clean, and stock kitchen prep station.
Measure, weigh, cut, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
Prepare food and cook main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
Plate, arrange, and garnish dishes based on the chef's guidance.
Work with servers to ensure orders are completed timely and accurately.
Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils.
Store equipment at the end of shift.
Follow food safety standards and regulations to ensure proper operating procedures and hygiene.
