We are offering you an exciting opportunity to join our established Talent Acquisition team located in Atlanta, Georgia. In this exciting and diverse role, you will advice and support internal hiring managers throughout the recruitment process while acting as a content expert and contribute to continues improvements.
From our Atlanta office, Talent Acquisition supports managers in the AMERICAS region with focus on US (80% of the recruitment is done in the US). Our team in Atlanta consists currently of 2 Talent Acquisition Partners and you will be the third. You will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, divided into three regions EMEA, AMERICAS and China and you will report to the Director Global Talent Acquisition (located in Stockholm, Sweden). This is a temporary assignment for 4 months to cover for additional workload and team member on leave.
Responsibilities
Being a strategic partner and a single point of contact for hiring managers and candidates
Lead the recruitment process, ensuring a successful and compliant process
Coach, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders during a recruitment process
Keep our ATS (Workday) updated according to set standards
Identifying and actively contributing to continues improvements
Provide and present TA KPI's to decision makers to support business decisions upon request
What you bring
University degree (BSc or higher) in Human Resources, Business administration or equivalent
Fluency in English and preferably one other language
Documented hands-on experience with full-cycle inhouse talent acquisition/recruitment in a dynamic, complex, international working environment
Documented knowledge and practical experience in using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - preferably with Workday
High level of user knowledge in software applications including MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
