This role involves not only maintaining designated areas of the hotel but also responding promptly to guest requests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring that all spaces are meticulously cared for. What will I be doing?
As a Houseperson, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and service in designated areas. In support of the hotel's efforts to achieve and maintain five-star service, you will assist room attendants, respond to guest requests, and complete special projects to enhance the overall guest experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will ensure that all areas meet the expectations of luxury and excellence.
