Maintenance Mechanic (Maintenance)

LB&B Associates is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic to support our contract to provide operations and mechanical maintenance at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Glenn Dale, MD. Working Schedule: Monday through Friday / 8:30am - 5:00pm. Hourly pay range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour.

Candidate must have a minimum of five (4) years of experience performing HVAC and general maintenance for commercial or government buildings.
Experience in servicing commercial heating/air conditioning, preventive maintenance as well as general building maintenance experience such as general carpentry, electrical troubleshooting and plumbing service repair.

EPA Universal and/or CFC certification highly desired.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
