Deal Expeditor (Sales)

Quirk Chevrolet in Manchester is happy to announce that we currently have an exciting opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group! We are currently looking to fill the position of a Deal Expeditor. This individual should be someone who is inspired and self-motivated and who has a strong desire and passion to succeed. If this is you, then we want to speak with you regarding a career in automotive sales.

Job Duties:

• Submitting deals to the banks, break down deals
• Ensure accuracy and Authenticity of every transaction
• Signing up customer digitally, docu-sign customers
• Answering incoming calls, follow up calls w/customers on missing documentation
• Work on trouble deals
• Obtain insurance binders
• Helping w/overflow customers in the sales process
• Follow up with finance lender for finalized funding of transactions.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to multitask.
• Work well in fast pace environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Advance skill with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends
• Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent.
