Active Older Adult Program Director - Gateway Region YMCA (Education)

Collaborates with branch program staff on Active Older Adult programming efforts for the Association, including the development and maintenance of engagement and recruitment strategies geared towards older adults
Collaborate with marketing and communications to story tell impact and outcomes of strategies
Utilize data platforms to formally track and report outcomes
Executes member engagement and sales strategies that promote retention and recruitment of AOA members
Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with community partners in alignment with AOA-related interests and strategic priorities
Operate in alignment with GWRYMCA's Community Health Team to drive awareness, recruitment, and enrollment in chronic disease prevention programming
Perform all other duties as assigned
