What is the opportunity?
At Omnissa, we build extensible solutions to simplify and automate the employee digital experience to help them achieve more. Workspace ONE is a market leading digital workspace platform that simply and securely delivers and manages any app on any device by integrating access control, application management and multi-platform endpoint management.
As a part of the Workspace ONE UEM team, you will be joining a group of passionate innovators responsible for building the next generation of software applications and expanding our service capabilities. Our goal is to enable a secure and productive workforce through our Unified Endpoint Management platform - managing billions of devices on multiple operating systems across industry verticals. The ideal candidate needs to understand enterprise software delivery cycles and be able to demonstrate how they have used modern development practices to contribute to large scale, highly performant software applications.
You will be a member of a high performing DevOps engineering team through design, development, testing and delivery of services and large components. You will demonstrate a culture of ownership, respect for the opinions of others, and partner closely with other product and engineering teams. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a healthy sense of urgency, continually improving engineering processes and architecture. You will be expected to solve complex problems at an enterprise scale, to continue to expand your knowledge through sharing and listening to others, and to champion measurable, data driven outcomes.
What will you bring to Omnissa?
We are looking for a technical innovator with a combined industry experience of at least 5 years. You have:
Location Type: Full time, Hybrid - You'll be able to WFH 2 days a week and will be required to go onsite and collaborate 3 days per week out of our beautiful Atlanta Perimeter or Mountain View, CA Omnissa building.
What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Engineering for the Unified Endpoint Management team based in the US, an established software engineer and manager. We believe in building trust amongst team members, empowering and enabling our engineers and teammates, and delivering measurable outcomes that drive our customers' successes. The team is organized based on components to define clear responsibility and accountability. The broader team working on the platform is cross cultural and is spread out through locations in USA, India and Bulgaria.
