Data Analyst-Diversity Equity Inclusion and Health Equity (Full-Time Remote, North Carolina Based) (Finance)
The DEI and Health Equity Data Analyst will transform complex data into compelling narratives that drive actionable change. This role sits at the intersection of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and health equity, leveraging data visualization, storytelling techniques, and strategic insights to foster a culture of inclusion and equitable health outcomes.
This position is full-time remote, with the option to work in the office if preferred. The successful candidate will be required to report occasionally on-site for team meetings at the Home Office, in Morrisville N.C. The selected candidate will need to reside in North Carolina.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Sciences, Public Health, Data Analysis, or another closely related field. Three (3) years of experience in a data analyst role which includes data gathering, data cleansing, statistical analysis, data visualization, and generating reports. Proven experience in data storytelling and visualization, preferably in DEI or health equity contexts.

Salary Range
$58,480-$76,024/Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
