Sales Manager, Canada (Sales)
Summary:
The Sales Manager, Canada, will lead sales growth through Canadian eCommerce platforms, retail channels, and distribution partners. This role involves managing accounts, developing business strategies, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, possesses mechanical aptitude, and has the potential to manage the entire Canadian business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.
Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
eCommerce Growth: Drive eCommerce sales by optimizing product listings, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Education & Experience Requirements:
BA or BS required. Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in Canada or with Canadian customers, with a proven track record in eCommerce and retail sales.
