Position Summary:
The Housing and Dining Department is looking for a Maintenance Technician I to provide maintenance services for the areas it oversees. The Maintenance Technician will perform semi-skilled maintenance work, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues to determine the best course of action. This role involves conducting preventative maintenance, regularly inspecting buildings, addressing maintenance issues promptly, and assisting other maintenance, custodial, and craft staff as needed.
Ideal Candidate Statement:
The ideal candidate should have experience in facilities management or building maintenance. They should possess excellent customer service skills, be organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Workplace Requirements:

*Non-exempt (hourly) positions under FLSA are eligible for overtime.
