Public Area Attendant (Maintenance)

POSITION SUMMARY
The Public Area Attendant maintains all inside and assigned outdoor public areas of the resort and interacts with guests in a manner that promotes a positive impression of the staff and property. This position creates a comfortable and clean guest environment, which contributes to guest satisfaction and the success of the resort ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Public Area Attendant:

• Maintains beautification of inside and outside of clubhouse.
• Completes and maintains landscaping around clubhouse.
• Complete maintenance of lobby, foyer, and restrooms.
• Operates machinery
• Completes maintenance of cart barn repairs and landscaping, including gutters
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Assist Golf and Food & Beverage employees with various tasks.
• Removes trash in common areas.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the patio and water fountain.
• Assists in pressure washing.
• Completes maintenance and landscaping of parking lot and any additional trash.

OTHER FUNCTIONS The Public Area Attendant may also:

• Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth property operations and cleanliness.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Education/Credentials

• This position requires a high school diploma or GED.

Experience

• Customer Service experience is preferred, but not required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Public Area Attendant works both inside and outside in different weather conditions, which vary across locations. This is a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions. The schedule includes holidays and weekends, and it may be changed as needed to meet demand.
