Integration Services AI and API Intern (Administrative)

Summary of Program

Jabil's Summer Internship Program is set to launch in summer 2025. As an intern, you'll have the unique opportunity to engage with Jabil's leadership team and participate in a variety of experiences focused on professional development, networking, and community engagement.

Summary of Position

This internship position is in Information Technology department that supports the enterprise for B2B and API based integrations. Intern will work with integration services team to use AI and Generative AI to help improve and automate teams processes. Interns will learn how to use Amazon Web Services including Generative AI services and their skills in analytics and advanced analytics to solve business problems. This internship also provides an opportunity to experience SalesForce/MuleSoft API Management platform.

Intern Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with integration services leadership team to understand the project goals and objectives.
  • Configure and develop solutions in AWS cloud using various services including AWS Q to meet business objectives.
  • Test the development and configuration to ensure good quality solution.
  • Work with the other team members to deploy the solution for business user testing.
  • Documenting and presenting the solution built.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled at an accredited university/college as a Senior or Graduate Student or a recent graduate.

Preferred Majors: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IT, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics.

GPA: Min 3.0

Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 19, 2025 – Aug 8, 2025

Technical Skills: AI and Machine Learning, model building and validation skills.  Understanding of APIs.
